Hello ladies and gents. Welcome to my blog Ever Trusting!
I tried this blogging thing about a year and a half ago through this business I joined. However, when I decided I no longer wanted to be a part of the company, I lost the blog.
This time around, my blog belongs to me and I’m excited about it. My blog today has the same focus it had a year ago. I want to inspire people. I believe that we all have a story to tell. We all have experienced the good, the bad and the ugly. We all have had times where it seemed easier to give-up than to keep pressing forward. We must press on anyway. This blog is dedicated to pressing on in spite of our circumstances.
Why the title Ever Trusting?
Ever Trusting is a state of being. A way of life. A lifestyle. It is not something that just happens on its own. It is a decision that must be made every day no matter the circumstance. It is action.
It entails the belief that the paths we are on are leading somewhere great. With that in mind, we must trust the process (yes, the process) leading to our destiny. Sometimes the process is painful and full of disappointment. Sometimes the process seems slow and never ending. Sometimes the process seems so difficult that our vision diminishes. It is during these times that our ever trusting attitudes must kick in.
It is during the challenging times that I purposely look for the lessons. I choose to trust. My faith tells me that God is taking me through, so that I can get to something. I have to believe that something amazing will be birthed out of my trials. I did not wake-up like this. I had to and on some days still have to remind myself of this.
You and me, we have a purpose. We are not here by accident. As long as we are living and breathing we have another opportunity to take a new step forward. That step forward may be forgiving someone that wronged you. It could be healing from a loss (I lost my daughter and I miss her). It may mean reawakening that dream that you convinced yourself was impossible to achieve. Whatever it may be, make the decision to keep moving.
